THE CHURCHILL LUNCHEON CLUB
98 members met for a Churchill lunch at the Minerva Restaurant at Chichester Festival Theatre on 4th April. The guest speaker was the prominent Conservative MP, Shadow Minister and leadership contestant, Robert Jenrick, who gave a wide-ranging and inspiring speech which provoked many questions and much reaction from the floor. The combination of an outstanding speaker, fine food, and convivial company ensured yet another memorable Churchill lunch.
Recent distinguished guest speakers have included former Home Secretary, Suella Braverman, journalist and former MEP, Daniel Hannan, and former Australian Foreign Minister, Alexander Downer.
